30 years of Willpro, how a robot changed everyting!

Recently, we’ve often reflected on Willpro’s 30th anniversary. Now, there’s another exciting milestone to celebrate.

In 2016, we took a big step: we installed our first BMO loading robot on a milling machine. This marked the beginning of a major transformation in our production. Thanks to this automation, we could run machines unattended during nights and weekends, work more flexibly, and significantly increase machine hours.

Today, we operate with two BMO systems. By the end of this year, the newly purchased Hedelius TILTENTA 7-2000 NEO milling machine will also be automated with a BMO robot and a turning station, enabling us to machine both sides.

We look forward to even more developments in the years ahead, of course supported by the technology that makes it possible.
