To optimize our manufacturing process and to guarantee our quality, we invested in a CNC measuring machine with a measuring range of 2000×900. The Hexagon Global 9.20.8. of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is equipped with a turn- and swingarm, that is also able to scan.
Data secured and available
Programming goes directly from a 3D solid, using Hexagon’s powerful PC-DMIS software. The measured data will be secured and can be made available for our customers in a measurement report. The delivery of the machine will take place in October this year.
In short, this machine will provide accurate and optimization of the measurement process! Our next step to the industry 4.0.
