Willpro invests in new 5-axis hedelius machine for more efficient production

To further optimize our machine park and increase production efficiency, Willpro has invested in a new Hedelius TILTENTA 7-2000 NEO.

This advanced 5-axis machining center with a swiveling spindle is equipped with BT40 tool holders and an additional tool magazine for no less than 180 tools.

What makes this investment even more powerful: our existing BMO Platinum robot will be linked to the new machine. This automation enables us to produce unmanned, flexibly, and with a high degree of reliability.

We saw the machine in action during the Hedelius in-house exhibition in Meppen, Germany, and finalized the purchase shortly thereafter with full confidence.

This expansion marks another important step in our ongoing investment in quality, speed, and flexibility.
