Iโm Ramon, 22 years old, and Iโve always had a broad interest in technology. Although I hadnโt worked in the technical sector before, it had always appealed to me; at home I enjoyed repairing things and creating projects with my 3D printer. Thatโs when I realised this was truly the direction for me. Willpro gave me the opportunity to develop myself, and from day one I received great guidance. I started here without any experience, and Iโve already learned an incredible amount.

I work as a CNC machinist, a role in which Iโm constantly being challenged. No day is the same: you encounter new situations that require you to think along, improve and optimise. You work with various tools and tooling, and you learn something new every week. What I enjoy most is the combination of digital and physical work. You start with a product that only exists on the computer, and in the end you get to hold the finished piece in your hands. Thatโs truly satisfying and aligns perfectly with my hobbies, such as 3D printing.

In my free time, I like to stay active. I enjoy reading, listening to and making music, and being sporty. I often go running, longboarding and cycling. I like seeking out challenges in the things I do. I also enjoy spending time with the Bible; I get a lot of fulfilment from studying it and teaching about it.
