About Willpro
Willpro was founded in 1995 by J.G. Willering and has since been taken over by his son, Chris.
Together, they have built the company into what it is today. What started as a one-man business has grown into a successful and dynamic company.
History
In 1995, J.G. Willering took a bold step: he purchased his first milling machine and founded together with his wife: Willpro Techniek V.O.F. His mission? To expand the production and trade of industrial knives with precision machining. More than 25 years later, this remains our core focus, but Willpro has grown significantly.
His son, Chris Willering, shared his father’s passion for entrepreneurship and engineering. He joined the company in 2001 and took over leadership in 2008. That same year, we moved to new premises, allowing us to expand further. And the growth continued! In 2020, we relocated again to a site that better suited our ambitions. Innovation is in our DNA. That’s why, in 2020, we gave our company a fresh, modern identity and shortened our name from Willpro Technology B.V. to Willpro B.V. For over 25 years, we have continuously challenged and improved ourselves. We are committed to continuing this into the future!

Working at Willpro
Our people are the driving force behind our daily performance. That’s why we believe it’s important to contribute to their growth and development. Everyone has the opportunity to continue learning and developing their skills.
As a family business, we have a flat organisational structure. This means there is always a clear point of contact. Employees in the factory can walk into the office at any time and get an immediate response to their questions.
The heartbeat of any organisation is the team that works towards progress every day. When needed, we all go the extra mile together.
